Meet Kirstie
Speech Language Therapist
Professional Accent Coach Founder and Director
Kirstie graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology. She began her career in Melbourne and developed a special interest in Accent and Adult Speech early on. Kirstie trained in Compton P-ESL Accent Modification in the USA before bringing her skills to New Zealand, where she worked for the past 12 years within private practices. During this time, she has worked with a vast range of accents and cultures, providing training to individuals, groups and businesses on speaking their best English.
Her skills have also trained those with English as a first language, helping to improve voice projection, articulation, pronunciation and breath support. In addition, she has assisted clients with improving their presentation skills for the workforce and public speaking.
Kirstie also specialises in Adult Articulation therapy for those who lisp or encounter speech errors. Kirstie also has extensive experience in fluency and stuttering/cluttering disorders.
Her skills have also trained those with English as a first language, helping to improve voice projection, articulation, pronunciation and breath support. In addition, she has assisted clients with improving their presentation skills for the workforce and public speaking.

Kirstie’s skill and expertise have seen her work with people from all over New Zealand and the world, with clients attending online sessions from as far as the United Arab Emirates, India and Australia.
